Hey Reader!
The New Year can be tricky when you’re living with a chronic illness. Everywhere you turn, there’s talk of big resolutions, “new year, new you,” and unrealistic pressure to hustle harder. Let’s be real—our energy doesn’t come with an unlimited refill button. We do not have unlimited spoons to work with.
So, what if we flipped the script? Instead of making huge promises to “fix” ourselves, we focus on small, sustainable shifts that honor where we are right now.

This year, let’s ditch the “shoulds” and celebrate what’s possible. Your worth isn’t tied to checklists or productivity—it’s in simply being the beautiful, resilient person you already are.
What’s one small thing you’re focusing on this January? Hit reply and let me know. I’d love to hear from you.
