Hey Reader,
Mother’s Day can stir up a lot—joy, grief, longing, gratitude, heartbreak. Sometimes all at once.
So today, I want to speak straight to your heart. Whether you are:
- A mama raising littles, grown kids, or fur babies
- A stepmom, a godmother, a foster mom, an honorary mom
- A woman who has longed for a child, lost a child, or had to make an impossible choice
- A mother whose relationship with your children is strained or silent
- A daughter grieving the mother you lost—or the mother you never truly had
- A woman who shows up with a mother’s love, even if no one calls you “mom”
You matter. You’re seen. And you are deeply loved.
If this day feels heavy, I want you to know you’re not alone.
If this day feels sweet, I’m celebrating with you.
If it feels like both… that’s okay too.
There’s no “right” way to feel today. There’s just your way. And that’s more than enough.
So whether you’re lighting a candle in memory, calling your kids, caring for someone else’s, or just trying to make it through like me—know that you belong here, in this messy, beautiful sisterhood.
Sending love, gentleness, and grace to you today and every day.
