Celebrating Small Wins (even in the chaos)

The beginning of the year has been crazy around here between sciatic pain and a one in a ton of years snow storm, I have been hibernating for the most part and haven't been able to get much done. That being said, I like to celebrate wins, even the small ones. So, I am celebrating the following for January:

  1. I was able to get on some meds that will hopefully help with my sciatic pain
  2. I was able to have a couple of massages (my therapy)
  3. I started taking pilates with a private instructor and I love it
  4. I have a trip planned for a one-on-one coaching session with my business coach

What are some small wins you have been able to accomplish this month?

ENERGY SAVING TOOL OF THE WEEK:

The Squatty Potty!

How it helps:

I know, it's one of those gimmicky things that you might wonder, does it really help? Let's face it, if you have a chronic illness, chances are at some point, you have to be in the bathroom for a period of time for one reason or another. Having this can help with the pressure on your lower back and legs. They even have one that is "adjustable", allowing for higher or lower height for your legs. Check it out!
